Privacy Policy

This site is operated by Pixel Gambit, a web and app studio. You can reach me at [email protected] or (404) 565-4654.

This site has no sign-up. I only receive what you choose to send me, and what your browser sends when it loads a page.

• The forms. Every form on this site sends your name and your email. It also sends which page you were on and a short source label for which form it was (for example "home" or "tool-quote-calculator"). Each form then sends only the extra things it asks for, and only if you fill them in. The home page form: your phone number and your message. A tool page form: the same, plus your trade and which tool the page is about. The website quote form: your phone number, your trade, your business name, which site you chose (if you chose one) and your message. The free review form: your phone number, your trade, your business name, your website address, and whether you ticked the box saying you run the business, or are allowed to ask for a review of its website. The contact form: your phone number, your business name and your message. A form sends nothing else. It all goes to a script I run on Google Apps Script, which saves it in a Google Sheet I control and emails it to me. Google handles that data under its own privacy policy. Nothing is sent until you press the button on the form.
• Email and phone. If you email or call me, I receive your email address or phone number and whatever you tell me.
• Hosting. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may log your IP address and request details for security and to keep the site running.
• Fonts. The fonts are part of the site, so your browser does not contact Google or any font service when a page loads.

The site itself sets no cookies. To count visits I use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which gives me page views, the page you came from, your country and your device type. Cloudflare says it does not use cookies or track you across websites for this. The forms set no cookies.

I use them to reply to you, to hold the call you asked for and, if you become a client, to carry out the work. I do not sell your details. I do not send marketing email or texts to people who only used a form or sent a message without asking for them.

I keep messages for up to 2 years. I delete yours any time you ask. If you become a client, I also keep the records I need to run the work.
