What you receive
- A concise written review of your website and of how easily a customer can call you, book or request a quote.
- An SEO assessment: whether search engines can read your pages, with the page titles, descriptions, links and image descriptions checked.
- Performance scores for your home page on a phone, from a standard lab test, reported as a range across runs.
- Up to three specific recommendations, in order of priority. Each one notes what I observed and where.
- The review arrives by email within three business days of your request. It is a written document, not a video.
- You are free to apply the recommendations yourself or share them with anyone you trust. There is no obligation.
What the review covers
Only your public pages: the home page and a few pages linked from it. I view them on a phone, as a customer would, and I do not log in to anything.
In addition, I run a standard lab test of the home page that scores its speed on a phone and checks the basic signals search engines read. Each review is prepared by hand, and I send the results to you by email.
Terms of the review
- I use public information only.
- I review only the website of a business that you operate or for which you are authorized to request a review.
- It is not a security test.
- I make no promise of additional calls, inquiries or a higher position in search results.
- The performance and SEO scores come from a lab test. They vary between runs and do not measure real visitors.
- There is no obligation. If you would like help afterward, I will tell you candidly whether it is a good fit.

I prepared an example for a fictional plumbing business so that you can see the format, the scores and the kind of recommendations to expect. Nothing in it refers to a real company.
